A research study of Beginning and Evolution of Sira and Its Needs and Importance in present era

Allah Almighty is the Creator of the entire universe. He created the universe for mankind and created him for His worship. But he lost in the colors of the world and forgot the real creator. Therefore, Allah Almighty sent such persons to guide him whose character was exemplary and model. But the biographies of these personalities, being temporary, flowed in the current of time, So Allah sent such an entity whose biography and pattern of life is universal as well as eternal and everlasting. In order to make the biography of this entity safe and forbidden from distortion, Allah Almighty arranged this with His unseen help until the Day of Judgment. This research article will envisage the following cardinal points. (1) The literal and terminological meaning of Sira (2) The meaning of Sira in the light of Qur'an and Hadith (3) Background , beginning and evolution of sira (4) The need and importance of Sira in modern times as well as the role of Sira in personal and social reform.
