A comparative study of the philosophy of Qisasand Diyatwith other international laws in the light of the Damof Murder

Abstract

The present article contains the laws issued by the United Nations and the religions of the world in the light of the slaying Dam. ChapterIn which view the introduction of important laws, mutual  components sharing, totally and partially distinctions, negative and positive effects in terms of goals, Furthermore, the laws of some other important countries have been mentioned after describing the philosophy of Qisas and Diyat Similarly, after discussing the provisions related to Diyat and Qisas in Pakistan, mutual understanding is under discussion There are also other reasons under consideration which are leading to the crime of murder One of which is the imposition of one color system of life, culture, civilization and livelihood In addition, they are all activities to establish or maintain political, economic, cultural supremacy over the weak countries of the economic powers Similarly, all the countries which have suffered casualties due to imposition Not only that, but the number of people who have been martyred or killed is also under discussion after mentioning the countries that have resorted to crime and imposed war on the people to achieve these goals After mentioning them, the number of martyrs is also under discussion
