Abstract

Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz aw is considered as fifth Rashid Caliph of Islam. His exemplary achievements for his administration, Justice, fear of Allah, piety, and indulging politics, are well known, and can easily be found in books of history, Hadith and Seerat. It is very difficult to find his match in history books. Hazrat Umar bin Farooq's RA prophecy for the girl of banu Hilal proved correct when he asked his son, "to marry that girl, I can swear to Allah that a fine horseman will be born from her who will lead the whole Arab."  Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz RA was born from her. The Sublime qualities of great Muslim, having just, great personality, intelligent and religious bent were disclosed before the world. He was 38 years and got approximately two years life span as the caliph. In such a short time he performed such great and fine works which will be remembered in history forever. In this paper exemplary achievement of Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz RA will be discussed in detail.
