Coronavirus has spread all over the world and negatively affected on all the segments including health, economy, religions, education and individuals. Holy Quran and Sunnah have given instructions regarding the welfare of poor, sick, orphans and needy. Freeing the slaves, feeding the hungry and clothing the naked and other commandments hold the power of welfare of the people. Under these circumstances developed countries like America, China, Saudi Arabia, international financial institutions like IMF (International Monetary Fund) and charity organizations have played a vital role in fighting against covid 19. These key players of the world provided the funds, ease loan repayments and donating vaccine doses for welfare of the human being. Government Pakistan has also worked for the betterment of the society in shape of giving grants to the poor, relaxation in taxation and provision subsidies in utility bills. Along with above mentioned stakeholders, non-governmental organizations like Edhi Foundation and whole nation helped deserving people through distribution of food, masks, hand sanitizers, personal protection equipment, and oxygen sylinders etc. Indeed, the concept of helping societies has taken birth due to this pandemic and this is the main reason behind nations are working together to fight this disease.
