Abstract

While preaching the faith, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and his companions faced several challenges.Of these comrades,Abdullah Ibn Maktoum RA) was one. Despite being blind, he played  a significant part in spreading Islam. He was an early convert to Islam. Throughout His life, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) gave him several tasks, and He completed them successfully. His role is described in the Holy Quran and Hadith. His diverse tasks and involvement in several activities led to the idea that blind persons may participate in a variety of national concerns. Thus, the role of Abdullah Ibn Maktoum (RA) and the lessons that may be drawn from his life for the modern period are described in this research article.
