In addition to their spiritual significance, modern scientific and medical research has increasingly highlighted the potential physical psychological benefits associated with various religious practice. For instance, the physical movements involved in daily prayers resemble moderate physical exercise that may contribute to improved body flexibility, better blood calculation, and enhanced musculoskeletal health. Similarity, fasting has been studied in medical science for its possible effect on metabolism, digestive system regulation and cellular repair processes.
