Abstract

This article titles as “خطبات حضرت عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ سے اخذ شدہ احکام: ایک تحقیقی مطالعہ” examines pivotal legal and socio-moral rulings delivered by Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab, analyzing their Quranic foundations and Prophetic traditions. It explores the prohibition of usury (ربا), temporary marriage (متعہ), prohibition of silk for men, regulations on female slaves, commercial ethics, ruler accountability, dower (مہر) moderation, penal laws (رجم), and inheritance of kalalah. The research highlights Farooq's judicial acumen in establishing public interest, social order, and legal governance
