Abstract

The concept of the state of Madina  and Islamic welfare state in the light of the teaching of the Holy Prophet (SAW)the development, prosperity, welfare stavility and survival of nations depends on the political system of the state , that it holds for the welfare of the public if the system of the state has been marvelous, high, based on justice and is for well being of the public, and the head of the state is just and honest, the rights of public have not only been determined but have practically been implemented. The rule of law should be there in the state the public have the safety of life and property, belonging then the state is to be called a well fare state islam is a religion of nature that aims to please allah almighty and the welfare of public from individual to collective domains .it guarantees has life, prosperity and esteem irrespective of the discrimination of black or white, arab or non, Arab, eastern or western,indian or icaniam,deed or colour,area or language, influential or uninfluential. It provides the same kind of opportunities, of development the complete and unequal model of the islamic welfare state was.
