Abstract

Fruits are great blessings of Allah. They are natural gifts of food and health to humans that improve our health and strength. The best thing about fruits is that they are suitable for different tastes, and we can consume them raw, cooked or dried. It is better to group the fruit species according to their importance. Fruits are rich in various minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Consuming fruits is also very important for exercisers and busy people as they keep them strong and improve their strength. Their use is very convenient for various busy people in their daily life as the fruits are very simple to prepare, cut and eat. In conclusion, fruits are great and important blessings of Allah that improve our health and strength. They are rich in various minerals, vitamins and antioxidants that provide us with excellent health benefits. They play a very important role in our daily life and help us stay healthy and fit in the right way.
