An analytical study of the social rights of children in Pashtun society

Abstract

Childern are said to be the beauty of all socities, because they are far away from wordly affairs, while having their relatives or close people as their ideals. As we know, all over the world childern have given rights, like Pashtoonsocity in its all populated regions to their childern. On the other hand it can not deny that Pashtoons are believers of Islam as well as code of Pashtoonwali. So here comes the points of childern rights but always remained a big question and controversial issue. In this research paper, the researcher tries to identifiy the social rights of childern given in Pashtoon society, and comparatively analysed with Islamic codes in social rights perspectives. Moreover, the aim of researcher in this paper is to make sure that Islamic code of ethics is the solution of all that problems, which remain hurdles in ways of childern rights in Pashtoon society. Furthermore the researcher used systemic methodology of comparative and qualitative analysis while approaching both primary and secodary data. The findings in this researcher work directly approach Islamic culture and gives Islamic values as complete proof for the completion of all social rights of childerns in Pashtoon society
