Abstract

Abstract In the present article on hoarding, fraud in affairs and exaggeration of low value expenditure in government development works to make money illegally and morally ,Therefore, in view of these crimes, the researcher has condemned these issues in the light of Qur'an and Sunnah In addition, the orders compiled by four Imams and jurists regarding these crimes have been discussed Similarly, a comparison of Islamic jurisprudence with the current Afghan constitution has been examined Also monopoly, deception, embezzlement With regard to these terms, the jurists have compiled Shari'ah opinions and fatwas. All of these types have been compared to modern times.
